These were mainly UNDP, the European Community, German Federal Foreign Office and other international donor authorities. It was a great chance and privilege to work with Open Horizons during my capacity as Programme Coordinator for the Sudan and Somalia projects of the Max Planck Institute for comparative public law and international law in Heidelberg (Germany), as Senior Advisor (Somalia) for the German Berghof Foundation, and after 27 years of service as an international officer of the United Nations Development Programme.
